Why do I need an account?
Accounts keep Zogelo safer. They let us confirm everyone is 18 or older, make bans stick, and let you block people for good. You can sign up with email or with Google in under a minute.
Do you record my video chats?
No. Video and audio travel directly between you and the other person, encrypted, and never pass through or get stored on our servers. Text messages are delivered and not stored. Remember that another user could still record their own screen, so never show anything you wouldn’t want shared.
Who can see my profile?
People you’re matched with and your friends see your name, gender, avatar, bio, hashtags and languages, and your age only if you turn that on. Nobody sees your email address or date of birth.
How do I report or block someone?
Press Report under the video, choose a reason, and leave “Also block this person” ticked. Reported accounts are reviewed and banned, and blocked people will never be matched with you again.
Can I use Zogelo on my phone?
Yes. Zogelo works in your phone’s browser, such as Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone, with nothing to install. Just allow your camera and microphone when asked.
Can I choose to meet only women or only men?
Yes, with Premium. It’s a one-time pass (₹5.5 for a week, ₹9.5 for a month or ₹17 for three months) paid by UPI, card or net banking, and it never renews automatically.
Why won’t my video connect?
Usually it’s camera permission: tap the camera or lock icon in your browser’s address bar and choose Allow. On some strict office, college or mobile networks a direct connection isn’t possible; try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or use text chat.
